• May 17 – Pray for Final Preparations
  Pray that the Lord watch over all final preparations for the evangelistic meeting. May all worship team rehearsals, counsellors’ physical and spiritual well-being, administrative work, venue, AV, ushers, traffic control, and live-streaming related preparation, proceed smoothly. May all coworkers serve faithfully and in unity.

• May 18 – Pray for the Speakers and Messages
  Pray that the Holy Spirit empower the speakers, Rev. Paul Liu (adults) and Coach Betty Chang (children), that they delivery the messages with authority and clarity, faithfully proclaim Christ and exalt the cross.

• May 19 – Pray for Those Invited
  Pray that the Lord work in the hearts of invited friends and relatives, remove any obstacles that they will make time to attend the meetings and get to hear the Good News.

• May 20 – Pray for the Work of the Holy Spirit
  Pray that the Holy Spirit work mightily in every meeting, opening hearts to God’s Word, convicting people of sin, realizing their spiritual need, leading them to repent and receive salvation in Jesus Christ.

• May 21 – Pray for Unity Among Churches
  Pray that churches throughout the Greater Toronto Area are of one accord for the Gospel, that together through prayers, invitations, and serving faithfully to win more souls for Christ.

• May 22 – Pray for the First session of the EM
  Pray that the Lord oversee the first evening, that every aspect, from songs and message to counselling, be filled with the presence of the Holy Spirit. May all attendees experience God’s love and grace.

• May 23 – Pray for the Second session of the EM
  Pray that the Lord continue to draw seekers to the meetings and strengthen those already touched by the Gospel, leading them to take another step toward responding to God’s call.

• May 24 – Pray for Decisions and Life Transformation
  Pray that many will accept Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour. Pray also for effective follow-up and discipleship, that new believers will be nurtured in the church, grow deeply in Christ, and bear lasting fruit for God’s glory.

  May the Lord sanctify and renew all coworkers involved, grants them humility, unity, and a heart for the lost souls, that amidst their busyness, they will still stay close to the Lord and accomplish their entrusted mission in one accord.

• May 11    Pray for the Speakers and Messages
  Pray for the speakers, Rev. Paul Liu (adults) and Coach Betty Chang (children). May the Lord grant them message from above, the Holy Spirit empower them, and give them good health.

• May 12    Prepare the hearts of nonbelievers
  Pray that the Holy Spirit work in the hearts of friends and families, that they are good soil, ready to receive the Truth. May the Lord remove any obstacles, grant them open hearts to respond to the Truth and receive Christ’s salvation.

• May 13    Pray for the Church's Passion for Evangelism
  Pray for the churches in GTA. May the Lord compel believers to have a burden for the gospel that they will live out their faith, and be faithful in winning souls.

• May 14    Pray for the Counselling and Follow-up
  May the Lord raise up and equip sufficient counsellors, that they serve with gentleness, working with churches in helping the new believers to grow in Christ.

  May the Lord grant safety and order, watch over all arrangements, that everything including venue, AV system, traffic, usher, and live-streaming, and all technical aspects will operate smoothly, that the Good News be proclaimed unhindered.

• May 16    Pray for Spiritual Renewal and Long-term Impact
  May the Lord use this evangelistic meeting to lead people to true repentance and turn to Christ. May it also bring renewal to families, churches, and society. May the power of the Gospel sustain and continue to bear abundant fruits.

May the Lord sanctify all co-workers, grant them humility and unity, that amidst busy preparations, everyone will stay close to the Lord, follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit, serving in unity and with love.

2. Pray for the Speakers

May the Lord grant the speakers Rev. Paul Liu (adults) and Coach Betty Chang (children) His Word and clarity during preparation, grant them good health, and empower them to deliver the Good News.

3. Pray for Those Invited

May God work in the hearts of invited friends and relatives, that they would reflect on their life and be willing to attend the evangelistic meeting; may the Lord remove any obstacles that might deter them from attending the meeting.

4. Pray for Christians to have the zeal to share the Gospel

May the Lord compel brothers and sisters to not only extending invitation, but to live out a life that would attract others to seek the Lord.

5. Pray for the Counsellors

I. Prayer for planning and preparation

1. Preparing the hearts: May God sanctify all those serving, grant them humility and unity, and a heart for the lost souls; pray that God Himself will work to turn hardened hearts into good soil, open to receive the Good News.

2. Speakers and Message: Pray that the Lord grant the speakers Rev. Paul Liu (adults) and Coach Betty Chang (children) Holy Spirit empowered, clearly delivered message, to touch the hearts of those that listen. May He protect them and grant them healthy body and soul.

3. Invitations: Pray that the Holy Spirit move in the heart of invited friends and families, remove all excuses and obstacles that may deter them from attending, give them an hunger for the Truth.

4. Preparations: Pray that the counselling, music, AV, usher, traffic, etc., will all proceed smoothly. May God grant appropriate weather, safety, watch over the details and schedule.

5. Pray for financial support: May the Lord to provide the funding according to His riches. Pray that we will be faithful stewards of the resources given to us.

II. Prayers for Meetings during May 22-24:

1. The work of the Holy Spirit: Pray that the Holy Spirit touch people's hearts, open their ears and hearts, that they will confess their sins, repent and receive Christ’s salvation.

2. The venue: Grant safety and peaceful environment, allowing everyone to experience the presence of God.

3. Willingness to response: May many will humble themselves, respond to the call with courage and determination, step out in faith to accept Christ as their personal saviour.

4. Live-streaming: Pray that churches in the outlying area will sign-up to live-stream the meetings, that the Gospel be widely heard. Pray that God grant smooth operation, that live-streaming is protected from any interruption.

III. Prayer for Post-meeting Follow-up of New Believers

1. For New Believers: May their faith be strengthened, and not be shaken by any circumstances. May they thirst for the Word of God, through daily devotion, live out a thriving transformed life.

2. For Follow-up: May the partnership of church and counsellors build up the new believers, lead them to a healthy church life, through caring, guidance, and encouragement, that they will foster healthy growth in Christ.

4. 為佈道會的宣傳與邀請工作禱告，求主使用各樣渠道，包括海報、社交媒體、個人邀請和教會宣傳，讓更多未信者、慕道朋友以及有需要的人知道這次聚會，並願意前來參加。

5. 為大多倫多地區眾教會的弟兄姊妹禱告，求主把傳福音、搶救靈魂的負擔放在祂兒女心裡，使信徒不只是口裡關心福音，而是真正願意以禱告、行動、見證和邀請來參與這場福音事工。

6. 求聖靈親自在聚會中動工，充滿整個會場，除去攔阻人認識福音的一切剛硬、冷淡和偏見，使未信者能聽明白福音，看見自己的罪，願意悔改，接受耶穌基督作他們的救主。

7. 為那些因距離、身體、交通或其他限制而未能親身到場的人禱告，求主感動更多教會和群體，願意透過YouTube、Zoom 或其他方式一同參與轉播，也使福音能更廣泛地傳開，不受地理限制。

8. 為佈道會各樣開支和實際需要禱告，求主按祂的豐富預備所需的經費、人手與資源，叫整個事工不因缺乏受攔阻，也保守我們在使用金錢和安排資源上有忠心、有智慧，作主恩典的好管家。

9. 求主使用這次佈道會，不單使個人生命回轉歸主，也讓福音的能力臨到家庭、教會和社會，叫破碎的關係得修補，人心得安慰，迷失的生命被挽回，使人看見基督的福音不只是改變一個人，也能帶來真實的更新與盼望。

May 22-24, 2026 GTA Mandarin Evangelistic Meeting, 40 Days of Prayer, April 19-25  Prayer Items

1. Pray for the organizing committee, may the Holy Spirit guide them, grant them wisdom, unity, and patience, that they may be thorough in the preparation and could smoothly carry out the plan;

2. Pray for physical and spiritual well-being of the speakers Rev. Paul Liu (adults) and Coach Betty Chang (children). May the Lord protect them, the Holy Spirit empower them to deliver the Good News of Christ’s saving grace for sinners with clarity and power;

3. May the Lord raise up brothers and sisters willing to be equipped and to serve as counsellors, that the new believers may have clear understand of salvation, be properly followed-up, and grow in Christ;

4. Pray for the promotion, that the meeting be made known to friends & families, seekers, nonbelievers, through the various media, church, and personal invitations, that they be willing to attend;

5. Pray that Christians and churches throughout the GTA have the burden to reach out to the lost souls, living a God honouring life, walking their talk, pray for the EM, and inviting friends and families to join the meeting;

6. May the Holy Spirit fill the venue, work in people’s heart, remove all obstacles, prejudice, replace their hardened hearts that they be humbled, willing to confess their sins, repent, and accept Christ as their personal Saviour;

7. Pray that churches in outskirt areas, and those unable to join in person will sign up for live-streaming at their own location, so more seekers will have the opportunity to hear the Gospel without any hinderance;

8. May the Lord provide for the expenses of the EM, the helpers, and other resources, that the programmes be carried out for His glory. Pray that we be His good and faithful stewards.

9. May the Lord use the EM not only to call people to repent and return to Him, that the power of the Gospel will also impact their families, the churches, and society, that relationships be mended, hearts be comforted, the lost be found, that the Good News brings real change and renewed hope.

1. 為籌備組禱告，求聖靈引領使籌備組同工有屬天的智慧和耐心，在各個細節上都能考慮得周到，確保佈道會順利進行；

2. 為講員劉承宗牧師（成人）和丘珮藍姊妹（兒童）有健康的身體和充沛的精力禱告， 求主保守看顧；求聖靈充滿講員，使他們帶著聖靈的大能傳講耶穌基督拯救罪人的好消息；

3. 為有更多的基督徒和慕道友參加實體佈道會禱告；求神使用報紙、視頻等媒體，讓更多的人知道該佈道會的安排；

5. May the Lord raise up brothers and sisters willing to be equipped and to serve as counsellors and to follow-up new believers;
